The hotel has friendly and helpful staff, and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast offers a good variety of food and is delicious. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around.
The location of the hotel near a busy bus station makes it incredibly noisy, and it was difficult to get any rest. The windows only have curtains, and the noise, combined with the lack of privacy, made for an uncomfortable stay.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel as it was clean and had good facilities. The staff, especially Judith from the reception, was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was great, and the bed was comfy. I liked how easy it was to get transportation, with a bus stop and motorbikes or taxis available right outside. Additionally, its location close to the city center made it convenient for me to explore the area.
Cannot find any fault.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and by a bus station which makes it a great base for exploring. the rooms are clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities so you can relax after a long day of sightseeing. the staff is welcoming and ready to help with anything you need. Breakfast is served daily and it’s pretty good. the hotel has a restaurant that serves meals and drinks until late.
One downside of the hotel is that the area around it can be noisy due to its proximity to the bus station.

Had a good view of the street and accessible to public transport. Huge bed and comfortable pillows. Reliable airport shuttle and friendly staff.
Wi-Fi is terrible and cuts out frequently. the bathroom had water pressure issues which was a hassle.

Secondly, the staff were fantastic - Iwan and Judith at the front desk were welcoming and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed. The basic amenities, including the stable and fast Wifi, warm water, and comfortable bed with supportive pillows, were all in great condition. Additionally, the location next to a bus station meant that it was convenient for exploring the city, although it did make the environment a bit rowdy.
